For the last 4 years I have acted as a solicitor agent on well over 1000 equity release cases on a fixed fee basis. My practice is a solicitor provider member of the Equity Release Council. I have traveled all over the South East of England visiting clients in their own homes. I am punctual, sensitive to the clients needs and return my papers punctually by tracked mail for safety and certainty.
I have also attended on a similar basis to provide certificates for LPA’s and advised occupiers about their rights.
I have done all the above on an urgent basis when required to do so.
I am able to take any instructions on an agency basis as and when required.
