I qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and specialise in all forms of civil and matrimonial litigation and have done so throughout my legal career.
From 1990 until 2011 I was the litigation partner in a South London practice supervising trainees and assistant solicitors in the same legal disciplines. I set up CNGLaw having left this practice.
As well as my supervisory role my own cases handled over the last 34 years varied from multi million divorce matters to heavyweight commercial litigation in the Royal Courts of justice.
Throughout this time I have developed numerous contacts and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of litigation.
This involves sometimes intense negotiations and possibly court proceedings and if necessary an appeal.
What is absolutely necessary is to keep in mind the initial objectives of the client throughout and to add value for the client which will inevitably depend on any number of factors specific to the particular circumstances of the situation.
I take pride in providing clear advice and in communicating this to my clients and to remain focused on what my clients instruct me to do in the first place.
I have lived in East Sussex for over sixteen years and offer pre arranged appointments and by keeping my overheads to a minimum I aim to pass on such benefit to my clients.
As an alternative I will travel to visit my clients’ to suit them.
I am ably assisted by my wife who worked in my previous practice for over twenty years.
The services that I offer are specifically tailored to meet my clients needs and requirements and depending on the situation may involve the formation of a legal team with a specialised barrister and possibly a suitably qualified expert witness.
